The staff was incredibly friendly during our stay.
The shower was frustratingly difficult to adjust. it consistently switched between scorching hot and lukewarm, making each shower a gamble. The common areas were neglected, showcasing unkempt patios and broken pathways that were quite concerning. the limited breakfast options were disappointing, leaving little choice who seek variety in their meals.

More fun than I expected!
What a delightful surprise! The serene atmosphere and proximity to Colva Beach added charm to our stay. The food was outstanding, and the staff, especially Mr Rupesh, went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The live band transformed our evenings into magical moments. Absolutely recommend this gem!

Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The staff was incredibly friendly, offering useful recommendations and arranging transportation and bike rentals to explore the area. The breakfast was decent too, enhancing my pleasant experience.
The location, while good, didn't fully match the vibrant atmosphere of North Goa. it felt a bit too calm for my tastes.

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony offers a spacious, cozy vibe, perfect for enjoying the lush surroundings. Its unique selling point includes a dedicated balcony that gives you a great view of the garden.
Common areas seem neglected, with unkempt patios and broken pathways that can easily sour the mood. Transportation options are limited, as taxis dominate the area and you'll probably find yourself relying on bike or scooter rentals to explore. breakfast is quite restricted—only two items available from a limited menu—so expect to seek out alternatives if you're a hearty eater.

If you’re a foodie like me, the grilled meats at the Bullion Bar & Bistro are a total must-try! I mean, that delicious fare could make the 'heavens sing'! The staff were super attentive, making our stay all the more enjoyable. Plus, the cozy cleanliness of the place gave me all the comfort vibes I needed for a quick getaway.
Now, I gotta say, the lack of an elevator left my mom huffin’ and puffin’ a bit, but she only had to tackle those stairs a couple of times during our one-night stay. The shower mixer could use some love too—it’s either tepid or scaldin’ hot if you twist it too far. Still, it was comfortable enough for us to catch a good night's rest.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially Nikhil, who offered invaluable tips for sightseeing. We enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee on the spacious balcony with a lovely garden view. The room was clean and well-equipped, making it a cozy retreat after our beach outings.
The location, while close to attractions, could feel a bit too tranquil for those seeking vibrant nightlife.
